Get Fit Frisco! Program Point System
Points are earned through physical activity (1 minute of physical activity per point). Additionally, various events will be planned throughout the program that adults and children may attend to earn Get Fit Frisco! Fitness Points. Accumulation of 1500 points for adults and 3000 points for children successfully completes the Get Fit Frisco! program.
Successful completion means earning an invitation to the Get Fit Frisco! Closing Ceremony Celebration AND eligibility for raffle prizes.

Earn UP TO 6 entries into the Get Fit Frisco! Raffle and be rewarded with prizes valued up to $300!
Get Fit Frisco! participants are encouraged to form teams to work and motivate each other over a 10 week time span to promote healthier lifestyles. Team competition will recognize achievement by average Fitness Point accumulation of all team members.
During the 10 week period, participants will receive weekly e-mails containing physical activity, motivation, and nutritional tips and should share this information with their team.
