Cost to participate in Get Fit Frisco! is $15 for adults. Kids are FREE but a $5 contribution is appreciated. All proceeds will benefit the Frisco Education Foundation.
Program Dates
Feburary 11, 2006 to April 21, 2006 (10-weeks).
Opening Ceremony will be held at Frisco Commons in conjunction with the 2nd Annual Frisco Kid-Fish Tournament with Closing Ceremony Celebration date and location TBD.
Each Participant Will Receive
Program Guide - Provides resources for making healthy decisions
Calendar of Events - Events include FREE or low-cost opportunities to accumulate Fitness Points
Special discounts at local businesses to encourage healthy choices
The first 1,000 participants at the kickoff will receive a Get Fit Frisco! 2005 t-shirt
Grand Finale Celebration
Most importantly, the knowledge to make wise and healthy decisions
Successful completion of the program will makes the participant eligible for various raffle prizes.
Team Format
The optional team format encourages families, businesses and friends to MOVE toward the common goal of living healthier lives. Team prizes will be based on average team points earned. A Message Board has been created by Frisco-OnLine.com to assist participants in finding teammates with similar goals or work-out routines.
